About SUNcast Polytech Inc.
Our Mission
We design, engineer, and manufacture advanced polyurethane components using the most suitable materials, ultimately providing best value to our customers. We provide timely delivery of the highest quality parts to our industry partners.
Our Vision
To be the preferred supplier of high-durability, large-scale industrial polyurethane parts for the industries we serve.
Our Values
Polyurethane Parts, Perfected. Our commitment to excellence drives everything we do. Some of the parts we produce are custom-designed by our team and refined over years of real-world use. Others are based on existing customer molds, where the customer requires a processor with the right infrastructure to deliver precision parts. Regardless of the approach, we collaborate closely with our customers and material suppliers to select the ideal polyurethane for each application, ensuring the part’s longevity and performance. Our promise is to deliver parts that meet the highest standards of quality and timeliness, supporting our customers’ operations with reliability and dedication.

Our History
For over 25 years, Suncast has built strong partnerships with key suppliers and customers, serving as a bridge between emerging technologies and their practical applications. Over the years, we’ve amassed a wealth of resources, empowering us to take on projects of all sizes and complexities with confidence.
Founded in 1998, Suncast initially focused on developing our proprietary ReCast™ technology, which involves casting new urethane onto old parts. This innovative approach has enabled Suncast to help customers in the oil sands and mining industries extend the lifespan of large polyurethane components, reduce waste, lower overall costs, and meet sustainability goals. Today, ReCast™ continues to play a key role in our efforts to help our customers reach their goals.
